Flexible Milling and Turning Machine for Heavy-Duty Production
The VIVA - L-6-B from Companion Vinimay is a multifunctional and highly flexible machine that supports both milling and turning operations—from roughing to finishing—in a single setup without the need for reclamping.
Built with a mobile column structure, the milling head features an integrated torque motor that swivels on a 45° plane and tilts from -45° to 180°, providing versatile machining angles. The powerful electro-spindle operates in two positions, vertical and horizontal, to adapt to various machining requirements.
Equipped with a C-axis rotary table capable of 250 rpm, the VIVA - L-6-B enables turning of large diameter components efficiently. It accommodates a large work envelope while maintaining consistent accuracy and performance, with rapid feed rates up to 40 m/min.
The machine includes a twin pallet system with pallet change times under one minute, maximizing uptime and productivity. Its large-capacity automatic tool changer (ATC) supports extensive tooling options, making the VIVA - L-6-B well suited for aerospace, energy, and other heavy-duty industrial sectors.
