VIVA - L-4
Advanced Multifunction Milling & Turning Machine
The VIVA - L-4 from Companion Vinimay is a versatile multifunction machine designed to execute both milling and turning operations—from roughing to finishing—in a single setup, eliminating the need for multiple clamps.
Built on a robust mobile column structure, the milling head includes an integrated torque motor that swivels on a 45° plane and tilts from -45° to 180°, enabling a wide range of machining angles. The powerful electro-spindle can operate in two positions, vertical and horizontal, for enhanced adaptability across various tasks.
Equipped with a C-axis rotary table running at 250 rpm, the VIVA - L-4 efficiently handles large diameter components. This model supports a generous work envelope and ensures consistent performance with rapid feed rates up to 40 m/min.
A twin pallet system enables pallet changes in under one minute, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. The large-capacity automatic tool changer (ATC) allows for a broad selection of tooling options, making the VIVA - L-4 well suited for aerospace, energy, and other demanding industries.
